Rachel Murphy was deeply upset by the horrific experience his five pound dog Toto went through over the weekend. Rachel said that after Toto r was bitten by a dog, the groomer taped his mouth shut. The result? A bloody, distressed dog.
Rachel told the story, "My puppy was in obvious distress. What I initially believed was a mask turned out be tape. Toto r was clearly injured and his paws were red. His toenails, cut too closely to the paws likely caused him to bite.
Wow! My Dog, an on-the-go pet salon, employed the groomer that was responsible for this.
Rachel took Toto straight to the hospital for emergency medical care. He has accused Wow! My Dog of animal abuse, joining numerous others who have made similar allegations. San Mateo's Office has now launched an animal cruelty investigation into Wow! My Dog.
Rachel described the injuries he observed, stating, "I noticed wounds near the joints, around the neck, and in the genital area. The wounds were so severe they caused bleeding."
Marianna De las Vegas - a Wow! My Dog client - posted a Yelp comment detailing how his pets had been returned to him unwell or injure. A Snapchat video captured by a customer showed a dog with obvious pain. He claimed that the groomer had forcedly inserted a towel into its ear.

Wow! My Dog wants its customers to understand what their groomer said to him. After all, they get more info trusted this person with the care of their animals. Rachel revealed, "Juliann informed that it was acceptable to tape the mouth closed, and that it's preferable to using muzzles, which he believed could be harmful to dogs. He mentioned that he used the same method for his own dogs.
When contacted by Gate News, Wow! My Dog answered the phone but promptly handed it over to a woman who stated they were investigating the allegations. When asked about Puppy, she immediately said that it was an independent entity, before abruptly terminating the call.
